The Pinnacle Brass Quintet is teaming up with the Brass Choir from the Victoria Conservatory of Music.  Under the direction of Scott MacInnes, the VCM Brass Choir has been steadily gaining popularity since it’s inception in 2012.  The group rehearses once a week on Tuesday nights from September through to May and performs a variety of styles of music.  In the past few years the group has performed in Wood Hall, Alix Goolden and Metro Theaters, Victoria City Hall, Fort Rodd Hill and Hermann’s Jazz Club.  This will be the groups first time performing at St. John the Divine and their first time sharing the stage with the Pinnacle Brass Quintet.

The evening will include music by: Beethoven, Haydn, Telemann, Sondheim, Grieg, Piazzolla and more!  As well as original works by Scott MacInnes.

Admission is by donation with all proceeds going to help further the education of young brass musicians in Victoria!
